Seafood Processing Services
Creating a hub that provides everything under one roof and simultaneously creates job opportunities for the community is a commendable goal. The primary goal of a fish processing plant is to preserve the shelf life of seafood products. These plants will perform a variety of procedures to prepare both wild-caught and farmed seafood for retail and consumption.
Sorting and Sampling
This process helps maintain the integrity of the seafood supply chain, from catch to consumer, and is essential for quality.
Gutting and filleting
All fish will undergo a mandatory gill & gut-removing process. The fish are then scrubbed & washed thoroughly.
Skinning
fillet is split further into halves which are called loins. The skin of each of these loins is removed along with bones & dark meat.
Trimming and Portioning
Loins well trimmed and portioned as per the Buyer’s required specifications.
Vacume Packing
